This was done with 50cents 7 year old crayola paints i bought from a garage sale to show that it is not the materials that make the artist. The glow effects are done with a traditional airbrush and createx paint.

Yes!  I love the paint you used!  I got started with a used set that cost a nickel and sometimes I still go back to it for "that certain shade of..."  Surrounded by reality, the subject of the painting looks even more magical.  <3

I never understood how people prevent the paper from being crinkled.
Because mine always does when I try water colour.

small paper wrinkles less, or you can "strech" the paper, there are tutorials online for how to do it ^^

The watercolors here were a super cheap crayola set and i used an Iwata HP CS airbrush with createx paint ^^

I think this artwork is extremely wonderful!! :)
The colours are so vibrant and I like the airbrush technique too; so true, the artist is the one that expresses the materials being used.
